What areas do you serve?

We provide balloon decor for Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. Looking for balloon decor outside of the Twin Cities Metro? Contact us! We will consider travel state and nationwide.

How do I request a quote or place an order?

Please fill out the “Contact Us” form to request a quote or to place an order. We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours. All orders are placed via email. After the design is finalized an invoice will be generated and sent via email. Payment of the invoice is due in-full upon receipt. Your date will not be reserved and your materials will not be ordered until full payment is received.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Balloon orders should be placed as early as possible. Even set-up dates and times are first come, first serve and can fill-up quickly. 

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our workshop in Brooklyn Park. Our currentl delivery rate is $2.00 per mile.

Can I pick up my balloons from you?

No, at this time we offer delivery only.

How do I pay for my balloons?

Once your balloon creation is finalized we will send you an invoice via email. Your event date/decor is not reserved until the invoice has been paid in-full. 

Are there any other fees?

Installation and/or removal fees will apply depending on the size, time and location of the event. No fees will be charged without being disclosed prior to booking.

How long will the balloons last indoors?

Many air-filled balloon designs can last several weeks indoors! The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space they’re stored in.

Are your balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural and organic materials that are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar, or foil ballons are NOT biodegradable, but are able to be recycled.

I already purchased balloons, can you use those?

No, we prefer to source all of our own materials to uphold our committment to the highest quality product possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your invoice is paid in-full, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Cancellations 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days will not receive a refund.
